When trying to purchase a subscription I am asked to set up a new account. Why?
The Account Administrator is the only person who can purchase on behalf of an organisation.
If you are a registered user belonging to an organistion that does not have an account with us, you will be asked to set up a new account in order to purchase the organisational subscription. By doing this, you will automatically become the Account Administrator for your organisation, with sole responsibility for purchasing subscriptions and managing user access.
